اب آہستہ آہستہ لوگ۔۔۔تنہا رہنے کے عادی ہوتے جارہے ہیں۔۔۔

ایک ماں اور باپ کے بچے۔۔اپنی فیملیز بننے کے بعد ایک دوسرے کے لئے بیگانے ہوتے جارہے ہیں۔۔۔۔
اگر ایک فیملی میں‌یہ حالت ہے تو پھر ہم والدین کے رشتہ داروں‌کو کیا خاک جان پائینگے اور ان کے کیا حقوق پورے کریں گے؟
عام طور پر یہ سب۔۔۔مغربی اسٹآئلز ۔۔۔کاروپوریت کلچز کی دین ہے۔۔۔۔
۔۔چند سال پہلے تک۔۔۔۔خاندانیں۔۔مثالی ہوا کرتی تھیں۔۔۔غربت چاہے کتنی ہو۔۔۔۔خاندان ایک دوسرے سےجڑے ہوتے تھےکہ۔۔لگتا کہ۔۔۔واقعی ایک شجر ہے۔۔۔۔
تعلقات کی بنیاد رشتہ داری۔۔۔اور خاندان نہں‌بلکہ۔۔۔اسٹیٹس اور پیسہ اور تعلیم اور لیولز ہوکر رہ گئے ہیں‌جسکی وجہ سے۔۔۔۔ہمارے قریبی اعزہ ہمارے لئے اجنبی اور وہ لوگ جو ہمارے لیول پر پورے اترتے ہوں ہمارے قریبی عزیز بن چکے ہیں۔۔۔۔بات ہے رسوائی کی۔

 

Where do we find happiness?

خوشی



کتنا خوش کن لفظ ہے ۔؟
اسکے احساس سے روح و قلب سرشار ہوجاتے ہین۔ 
سبکی تمنا ہوتی ہے کہ خوشی حاصل ہوجاے۔؟
کیا یہ اطمینان اور آرزویں پوری ہونے سے مل جاتی ہے۔؟
کیا یہ یقین سے کہہ سکتے ہیں کہ کسی کو آجکل کی محبت ملی تو خوشی مل گئی، ۔۔۔تو خوشی کے اصل معنی ہیں کیا؟
کیا، کار، بنگلہ، نوکر چاکر، بزنیس ،ایک بڑی جاب، پیسہ۔۔اس سے خوشی مل سکتی ہے۔؟
کیا مال و دولت کے حصول سے خوشی حاصل ہوسکتی ہے؟
میرے پاس یہ ہو؟
میرے پاس وہ ہو؟
وغیرہ وغیرہ۔۔۔؟
کیا اس سے خوشی حاصل ہوسکتی ہے۔؟
کیا دنیا کے تمام امیر خوش ہیں۔؟
کیا دنیا کے تمام امیر و کبیر لوگ، ادیب، دانشور،نامور اداکار،، سب خوش ہیں۔؟
کہیں تو ۲۔وقت کا کھانے کھانے والے بھی امیر و کبیر سے زیادہ خوش نظر اتے ہیں۔ ۔تو اصل میں خوش کون ہوا پھر؟
شاید کوئ بھی پوری طرح خوش نہیں۔۔ہر کوئ کسی نہ کسی طرح نا خوش ضرور ہے۔۔۔

Why men should avoid Fish oil Supplements?

Omega 3 and fish oil supplements are needed by human body after a certain age. But wait. Taking fish oil supplements cuts risk of heart diseases but it has a darker side too.

Health experts and doctors usually do not recommend fish oil supplements for men. Men should avoid too much of the fish oil nutrients as risk of prostate cancer increases. Omega 3 can also be consumed from natural sources. Omega 3 pills may prove dangerous for men's health. Many doctors and physicians suggest low intake of fish oil supplements to ensure good health. Also, the side effects aren’t less.

According to a new research, prostate cancer is the most common form of cancer affecting men. According to some doctors, high concentrations of Omega 3 fatty acids in blood are more likely to develop prostate cancer among men. 

Omega 3 fatty acids are good for heart and for lowering cholesterol in body. Omega 3 fatty acids can be obtained and consumed from natural sources too. However, the risk of prostate cancer isn’t linked with natural sources. These acids are present in fish like Salmon, nuts, flaxseed oil and in certain spices. According to new studies, men with higher concentrations and intakes of Omega 3 in their bodies have a forty three percent higher risk of prostate cancer as compared to the ones with low intakes.

You must avoid self medication. Most of us are used to self medication, which may prove drastic for our health. Self medication isn’t recommended. If you are taking some fish oil supplements, stop taking these and consult your doctor. However, the studies are co-relational not causal. It is better to eat fish in natural form rather than taking fish oil supplements. Why you do not have a fried or roasted Salmon dinner every week?

Too much consumption of fish oil supplements is related to prostate cancer. Fish oil is great to reduce heart problems, eye and bone disorders. According to this new study, a group of 834 men with prostate cancer were examined and 156 out of them had high grade (aggressive) prostate cancer.  After the results of this study, the researchers concluded that high intake of Omega 3 acid increases the risk of cancer tumors. High consumption of fatty acids increases the growth of prostate tumors among men.

Omega 3 fatty acids have anti inflammatory properties that are linked with growth of tumors in body. Omega 3 supplements are prescribed to people with heart problems but under the supervision of a medical expert. Such patients must not go for self medication. Many people are hesitant to consult their doctors and start self medication, which is wrong. 

Fish oil supplements are popular in markets but are not to be consumed by everyone. The risk of prostate cancer increases up to seventy percent. Omega 3 fatty acids are popular dietary supplements but can trigger cancer among men. The same risk isn’t for people who have fish in their meals often. Having fish in meals doesn't increase cancer risk. Almost 41,000 men in Britain are diagnosed with prostate cancer and 11,000 die from the disease every year. The ratio of prostate cancer is higher among African-American men too.

قناعت اپنے موصوف کو آزاد اور با عِزت بنانے والی صفت ہے ، کہ دوسرے لوگ اُس پر مسلط نہیں ہو سکتے ، وہ اس لیے کہ اسے دُنیا کے معاملات کا لالچ ہی نہیں ہوتا اور جو کچھ اسے اللہ کی طرف سے ملتا ہے اس پر راضی رہتا ہے لہذا دُنیا والے اس پر مسلط ہونے کا کوئی راستہ نہیں پاتے ، جبکہ قناعت سے عاری لوگوں کو دُنیا کا طمع گھیرے رکھتا ہے اور دُنیا والے ان کے اس لالچ کو استعمال کر کے ان لوگوں کو استعمال کرتے رہتے ہیں...

International Day of Girl Child

"And when the girl [who was] buried alive is asked..For what sin she was killed." (Surah At-Takwir 81:8-9)
اور جب لڑکی سے جو زندہ دفنا دی گئی ہو پوچھا جائے گا

کہ وہ کس گناہ پرماری گئی 

"And when the news of (the birth of) a female (child) is brought to any of them, his face becomes dark, and he is filled with inward grief! He hides himself from the people because of the evil of that whereof he has been informed. Shall he keep her with dishonor or bury her in the earth? Certainly, evil is their decision." (An-Nahl 16:58-59)
حالانکہ جب ان میں سے کسی کو بیٹی (کے پیدا ہونے) کی خبر ملتی ہے تو اس کا منہ (غم کے سبب) کالا پڑ جاتا ہے اور (اس کے دل کو دیکھو تو) وہ اندوہناک ہوجاتا ہے

اور اس خبر بد سے (جو وہ سنتا ہے) لوگوں سے چھپتا پھرتا ہے (اور سوچتا ہے) کہ آیا ذلت برداشت کرکے لڑکی کو زندہ رہنے دے یا زمین میں گاڑ دے۔ دیکھو یہ جو تجویز کرتے ہیں بہت بری ہے

But the Messenger of Islam, Muhammad(saw), came elevating the status of this gift given by Allah(swt), welcoming the daughters, and raising high the importance of their upbringing with words to delight the hearts of the believing fathers and bring joy to their souls:

"Whoever takes care of two girls until they reach adulthood - he and I will come (together) on the Day of Resurrection - and he interlaced his fingers (meaning in Paradise)." (Reported by Muslim)

So can there be any greater honor given to daughter and for those who wish to have them and bring them up properly? And he said in another Hadith:

"Whoever has three daughters or sisters, or two daughters of two sisters, and lives along with them in a good manner, and has patience with them, and fears Allah with regard to them will enter Paradise." (Reported by Abu Dawud, Al-Tirmidhee and others)

And in another Hadith: "They will be a shield for him from the Fire." (Reported by Ahmad and Ibn Maajah)

And along with the Messenger’s(saw) honoring the daughters with his words, we find that he also gave us a living example in his own actions and behavior - for example,

"One day he (s.a.w) led his Companions in Prayer whilst carrying Umaamah bint Zaynab(ra) when he made rukoo’ he would put her down, then when he stood, he would pick her up." (Reported by Al-Bukhari and Muslim)

So the position of daughters in Islam is very clear and the encouragement that it gives for them, and also the hatred it has for those who hate them or are grieved at their births! We know from this that hatred in some souls toward something - if found - is not a true judgement upon that thing and this is explained in the Qurân, as Allah(swt) says:

"…If you dislike them, it may be that you dislike a thing and Allah brings through it a great deal of good." (An-Nisa’ 4:19)

So how many righteous women have brought happiness and well-being upon their families and their Ummah!? And how many corrupt young men have brought every form of misfortune and trial upon this Ummah!?

Therefore, it is upon the parents who have intellect to accept whatever Allah’s(swt) gift is with full joy and happiness, whether the gift is male or a female. Since its being a male or being a female is due only to Allah’s(swt) order alone - He, the One free from all imperfections - and Most High says:

"To Allah belongs the kingdom of the heavens and the earth. He creates what He wills. He bestows female (offspring) upon whom He wills, and bestows male (offspring) upon whom He wills. Or He bestows both males and females, and He renders barren who He wills. Verily, He is the All-Knower and is Able to do all things." (Ash-Shura 42:49-50)

تمام) بادشاہت خدا ہی کی ہے آسمانوں کی بھی اور زمین کی بھی۔ وہ جو چاہتا ہے پیدا کرتا ہے۔ جسے چاہتا ہے بیٹیاں عطا کرتا ہے اور جسے چاہتا ہے بیٹے بخشتا ہے
یا ان کو بیٹے اور بیٹیاں دونوں عنایت فرماتا ہے۔ اور جس کو چاہتا ہے بےاولاد رکھتا ہے۔ وہ تو جاننے والا (اور) قدرت والا ہے 
Oct 11 is International Day of the Girl..More than one-quarter of all girls worldwide are victims of sexual abuse and violence. In the midst of chaos, especially with family members dead or missing, harassment, rape and abduction rise exponentially for adolescent girls.

Crises often force girls into adult roles as caregivers for younger siblings and working at dangerous jobs. They are often literally exposed in camps because of inadequate toilet and bathing facilities. Poor lighting and lack of security in temporary housing mean there are few safe places for them, day or night. 
While there has been significant progress in improving girls’ access to education over the last two decades, many girls, particularly the most marginalized, continue to be deprived of this basic right. Girls in many countries are still unable to attend school and complete their education due to safety-related, financial, institutional and cultural barriers. Even when girls are in school, perceived low returns from poor quality of education, low aspirations, or household chores and other responsibilities keep them from attending school or from achieving adequate learning outcomes. The transformative potential for girls and societies promised through girls’ education is yet to be realized.....

Educate a girl and see for the height she reaches and the magic she can create...

World Animal Day

 How do you treat your pets?
Each year 4 October is World Animal Day! These 24 hours are the chance to give back and celebrate animal life in all its shapes and sizes, from mice to elephants, and recognize the positive influence they have on our lives.

The Qur'an Majeed states that man has dominion over animals: "He (God) it is Who made you vicegerents on earth." (Qur'an 35:39), but makes clear that this responsibility is not unconditional and states what happens to those who misuse their freedom of choice and fail to conform to the conditions that limit this responsibility: "then We reduce him (to the status of) the lowest of the low." (Qur'an 95:4,5) "…they are those whom Allah has rejected and whom He has condemned….because they served evil" (Qur'an 5:63). "…they have hearts wherewith they fail to comprehend, and eyes wherewith they fail to see, and ears wherewith they fail to hear….Such (humans) are far astray from the right path. (Qur'an 7:179).
The Qur'an Majeed says: "There is not an animal on earth, nor a bird that flies on its wings, but they are communities like you…". (Qur'an 6:38).

اور زمین میں جو چلنے پھرنے والا (حیوان) یا دو پروں سے اڑنے والا جانور ہے ان کی بھی تم لوگوں کی طرح جماعتیں ہیں۔ ہم نے کتاب (یعنی لوح محفوظ) میں کسی چیز (کے لکھنے) میں کوتاہی نہیں کی پھر سب اپنے پروردگار کی طرف جمع کئے جائیں گے

And your Lord revealed to the bee, saying: 'make hives in the mountains and in the trees, and in (human) habitations'. (Qur'an 16:68).

اور تمہارے پروردگار نے شہد کی مکھیوں کو ارشاد فرمایا کہ پہاڑوں میں اور درختوں میں اور اونچی اونچی چھتریوں میں جو لوگ بناتے ہیں گھر بنا 

Seest thou not that it is Allah Whose praises are celebrated by all beings in the heavens and on earth, and by the birds with extended wings? Each one knows its prayer and psalm, And Allah is aware of what they do. (Qur'an 24:41).

کیا تم نے نہیں دیکھا کہ جو لوگ آسمانوں اور زمین میں ہیں خدا کی تسبیح کرتے ہیں اور پر پھیلائے ہوئے جانور بھی۔ اور سب اپنی نماز اور تسبیح کے طریقے سے واقف ہیں۔ اور جو کچھ وہ کرتے ہیں (سب) خدا کو معلوم ہے 

Seest thou not that unto Allah payeth adoration all things that are in the heavens and on earth -- the sun, the moon, the stars, the mountains, the trees, the animals, and a large number among mankind? However, there are many (humans) who do not and deserve chastisement…(Qur'an 22:18).

کیا تم نے نہیں دیکھا کہ جو (مخلوق) آسمانوں میں ہے اور جو زمین میں ہے اور سورج اور چاند ستارے اور پہاڑ اور درخت اور چار پائے اور بہت سے انسان خدا کو سجدہ کرتے ہیں۔ اور بہت سے ایسے ہیں جن پر عذاب ثابت ہوچکا ہے۔ اور جس شخص کو خدا ذلیل کرے اس کو عزت دینے والا نہیں۔ بےشک خدا جو چاہتا ہے کرتا ہے 

how We pour out water in showers, then turn up the earth into furrow-slices and cause cereals to grow therein - grapes and green fodder; olive-trees and palm-trees; and luxuriant orchards, fruits and grasses….as Provision for you as well as for your cattle. (Qur'an 80:24-32).

We {God} brought forth from it {the earth} its waters and its pastures, and established the mountains firm - as a source of provision for you and for your animals. (Qur'an 79:31-33).

اسی نے اس میں سے اس کا پانی نکالا اور چارا اگایا 
اور اس پر پہاڑوں کابوجھ رکھ دیا 
یہ سب کچھ تمہارے اور تمہارے چارپایوں کے فائدے کے لیے (کیا ) 

The Holy Prophet(s) used to say: "Whoever is kind to the creatures of God, is kind to himself." 

Its World Animal Day....today...

World Animal Day has become a day for remembering and paying tribute to all animals and the people who love and respect them. It's celebrated in different ways in every country, with no regard to nationality, religion, faith or political ideology...

World Vegetarian Day

Vegetables Mentioned in the Holy Qura’n and Ahadith...

Saeed bin Zaid (R) narrates that I heard the Prophet (Sallallaho Alaihi Wassallum) saying, "Truffles are like Manna (i.e. they grow naturally without man's care) and their water heals eye diseases."(Farooqi, 1998) 
And (remember) when you said, “O Mûsâ (Musa)! we cannot endure one kind food. So invoke your Lord for us to bring forth for us of what the earth grows, its herbs, its cucumbers, its Fûm (wheat or garlic), its lentils and its onions.” He said, “Would you exchange that which is better for that which is lower? Quran [1;61]

اور جب تم نے کہا کہ موسیٰ! ہم سے ایک (ہی) کھانے پر صبر نہیں ہو سکتا تو اپنے پروردگار سے دعا کیجئے کہ ترکاری اور ککڑی اور گیہوں اور مسور اور پیاز (وغیرہ) جو نباتات زمین سے اُگتی ہیں، ہمارے لیے پیدا کر دے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ بھلا عمدہ چیزیں چھوڑ کر ان کے عوض ناقص چیزیں کیوں چاہتے ہوں۔ (اگر یہی چیزیں مطلوب ہیں) تو کسی شہر میں جا اترو، وہاں جو مانگتے ہو، مل جائے گا۔ اور (آخرکار) ذلت (ورسوائی) اور محتاجی (وبے نوائی) ان سے چمٹا دی گئی اور وہ الله کے غضب میں گرفتار ہو گئے۔ یہ اس لیے کہ وہ الله کی آیتوں سے انکار کرتے تھے اور (اس کے) نبیوں کو ناحق قتل کر دیتے تھے۔ (یعنی) یہ اس لیے کہ نافرمانی کئے جاتے اور حد سے بڑھے جاتے تھے 

World Vegetarian Day encourages us all to eat our vegetables and fruits. Countless studies have proven that a diet filled with fruits and vegetables is good for our health. Vegetarians, have taken this path either for their health, or from a conviction that they should not eat, and therefore, kill animals...

A vegetarian, by definition, eats no meat. That includes fish and other forms of seafood. Bottom line is, a vegetarian eats no animal. Their diet consists of plants....fruits and vegetables. They are ethically and morally opposed to killing animals for food. They are also against poor treatment of animals at farms ad slaughterhouses.

There are plenty of groups and organizations that support the vegetarian effort. This day is used to promote awareness of the issues, and encourages others to become vegetarians. Seeing as fruits and vegetables are very healthy for you, World Vegetarian Day is a good day to try a vegetarian diet. You might just be surprised at how good it tastes, too.

International Day for Older People

Today marks International Day for Older People...As our parents grow older, they need more spiritual and physical care...When we were small and they were young, they used to take care of us.. When they grow old, same responsibility is ours...

And We have enjoined upon man, to his parents, good treatment. His mother carried him with hardship and gave birth to him with hardship, and his gestation and weaning [period] is thirty months. [He grows] until, when he reaches maturity and reaches [the age of] forty years, he says, "My Lord, enable me to be grateful for Your favor which You have bestowed upon me and upon my parents and to work righteousness of which You will approve and make righteous for me my offspring. Indeed, I have repented to You, and indeed, I am of the Muslims." Quran [46:15]

اور ہم نے انسان کو اپنے والدین کے ساتھ بھلائی کرنے کا حکم دیا۔ اس کی ماں نے اس کو تکلیف سے پیٹ میں رکھا اور تکلیف ہی سے جنا۔ اور اس کا پیٹ میں رہنا اور دودھ چھوڑنا ڈھائی برس میں ہوتا ہے۔ یہاں تک کہ جب خوب جوان ہوتا ہے اور چالیس برس کو پہنچ جاتا ہے تو کہتا ہے کہ اے میرے پروردگار مجھے توفیق دے کہ تو نے جو احسان مجھ پر اور میرے ماں باپ پر کئے ہیں ان کا شکر گزار ہوں اور یہ کہ نیک عمل کروں جن کو تو پسند کرے۔ اور میرے لئے میری اولاد میں صلاح (وتقویٰ) دے۔ میں تیری طرف رجوع کرتا ہوں اور میں فرمانبرداروں میں ہوں 

And We have enjoined upon man [care] for his parents. His mother carried him, [increasing her] in weakness upon weakness, and his weaning is in two years. Be grateful to Me and to your parents; to Me is the [final] destination. Quran [31:14]

اور ہم نے انسان کو جسے اُس کی ماں تکلیف پر تکلیف سہہ کر پیٹ میں اُٹھائے رکھتی ہے (پھر اس کو دودھ پلاتی ہے) اور( آخرکار) دو برس میں اس کا دودھ چھڑانا ہوتا ہے (اپنے نیز) اس کے ماں باپ کے بارے میں تاکید کی ہے کہ میرا بھی شکر کرتا رہ اور اپنے ماں باپ کا بھی (کہ تم کو) میری ہی طرف لوٹ کر آنا ہے


And We have enjoined upon man goodness to parents. But if they endeavor to make you associate with Me that of which you have no knowledge, do not obey them. To Me is your return, and I will inform you about what you used to do. Quran [21:8]
اور ہم نے انسان کو اپنے ماں باپ کے ساتھ نیک سلوک کرنے کا حکم دیا ہے۔ ( اے مخاطب) اگر تیرے ماں باپ تیرے درپے ہوں کہ تو میرے ساتھ کسی کو شریک بنائے جس کی حقیقت کی تجھے واقفیت نہیں۔ تو ان کا کہنا نہ مانیو۔ تم( سب) کو میری طرف لوٹ کر آنا ہے۔ پھر جو کچھ تم کرتے تھے میں تم کو جتا دوں گا 

Worship Allah and associate nothing with Him, and to parents do good, and to relatives, orphans, the needy, the near neighbor, the neighbor farther away, the companion at your side, the traveler, and those whom your right hands possess. Indeed, Allah does not like those who are self-deluding and boastful. Quran [4:36]
اور خدا ہی کی عبادت کرو اور اس کے ساتھ کسی چیز کو شریک نہ بناؤ اور ماں باپ اور قرابت والوں اور یتیموں اور محتاجوں اور رشتہ دار ہمسائیوں اور اجنبی ہمسائیوں اور رفقائے پہلو (یعنی پاس بیٹھنے والوں) اور مسافروں اور جو لوگ تمہارے قبضے میں ہوں سب کے ساتھ احسان کرو کہ خدا (احسان کرنے والوں کو دوست رکھتا ہے اور) تکبر کرنے والے بڑائی مارنے والے کو دوست نہیں رکھتا 

And your Lord has decreed that you not worship except Him, and to parents, good treatment. Whether one or both of them reach old age [while] with you, say not to them [so much as], "uff," and do not repel them but speak to them a noble word. Quran [17:23]

اور تمہارے پروردگار نے ارشاد فرمایا ہے کہ اس کے سوا کسی کی عبادت نہ کرو اور ماں باپ کے ساتھ بھلائی کرتے رہو۔ اگر ان میں سے ایک یا دونوں تمہارے سامنے بڑھاپے کو پہنچ جائیں تو اُن کو اُف تک نہ کہنا اور نہ انہیں جھڑکنا اور اُن سے بات ادب کے ساتھ کرنا 

And [recall] when We took the covenant from the Children of Israel, [enjoining upon them], "Do not worship except Allah ; and to parents do good and to relatives, orphans, and the needy. And speak to people good [words] and establish prayer and give zakah." Then you turned away, except a few of you, and you were refusing. Quran [2:83]
Say, "Come, I will recite what your Lord has prohibited to you. [He commands] that you not associate anything with Him, and to parents, good treatment, and do not kill your children out of poverty; We will provide for you and them. And do not approach immoralities - what is apparent of them and what is concealed. And do not kill the soul which Allah has forbidden [to be killed] except by [legal] right. This has He instructed you that you may use reason." Quran [6:151]
کہہ کہ (لوگو) آؤ میں تمہیں وہ چیزیں پڑھ کر سناؤں جو تمہارے پروردگار نے تم پر حرام کر دی ہیں (ان کی نسبت اس نے اس طرح ارشاد فرمایا ہے) کہ کسی چیز کو خدا کا شریک نہ بنانا اور ماں باپ (سے بدسلوکی نہ کرنا بلکہ) سلوک کرتے رہنا اور ناداری (کے اندیشے) سے اپنی اولاد کو قتل نہ کرنا کیونکہ تم کو اور ان کو ہم ہی رزق دیتے ہیں اور بےحیائی کے کام ظاہر ہوں یا پوشیدہ ان کے پاس نہ پھٹکنا اور کسی جان (والے) کو جس کے قتل کو خدا نے حرام کر دیا ہے قتل نہ کرنا مگر جائز طور پر (یعنی جس کا شریعت حکم دے) ان باتوں کا وہ تمہیں ارشاد فرماتا ہے تاکہ تم سمجھو
