How many of you love green smoothies? Well, most of us are familiar with fruit
smoothies. Strawberry and mango are great flavors to be used in smoothies.
Green smoothies are also very refreshing drinks and tasty. However, lime, mint
and tomatoes are some vegetables that can be used with green smoothies.

leafy green smoothie, you can add a flavor of mint and spinach to it too. Why

morning, you can prepare all the smoothie items at night and refrigerate them.

vegetables in smoothies is to avoid using very bitter green vegetables as it
would make the smoothie bitter in taste. Some forms of spinach are very bitter
and must never be used in green drinks. Apart from this, some dried or fresh
green herbs can also be added to your smoothies. Herbs like parsley, mint,
coriander, celery and tulsi (basil) can also be used in green smoothies. Never
use any artificial green color to your drink. Keep it natural. You can also use
coconut milk water, almond milk or soya milk to make green smoothies. Using
milk and yogurt in smoothies is a traditional way. Lastly, some people find
smoothies bitter. You can add some sweeteners to make it tastier.
