As a blogger, I would love to share my specific recipes for eczema. As most of us suffering from atopic Dermatitis know that wheat, sugar, eggs and gluten are the main culprits behind eczema flareups. We  have different immune systems and respond differently to many foods. I have been exploring and experimenting with eczema recipes that can be enjoyed by people of every age.
Now coming to French Toast. Our morning breakfast is incomplete without this tasty snack. Why to miss it. Let us enjoy a dairy free, sugar free and gluten free French Toast with tea.

Ingredients:

Three table spoon Besan (Chickpea Flour)
Three Table spoon olive oil (Avoid butter and margarine as they trigger eczema)
Four Table spoon mineral water
Non stick pan
Gluten free bread slices.(4-5)

Method:

Make a paste of water and Besan in a bowl and mix with a spoon until a mixture is formed. Cut the bread slices in triangular or rectangular shape and dip in the mixture. Fry in the pan until golden brown. Put on a paper so that the excess oil is absorbed. Enjoy with a cup of tea.

Note:

Spices trigger eczema for some people. Most of us are allergic to herbs and spices like chilli, curry and cumin. If healing eczema, avoid all the spices except Pink salt.
