I was able to interview only five people in June. It was Qasim Malik, who has been a main voice of Drive FM 89.6 and now on FM 91. The other one was famous Afghan singers Aryana Sayeed and Zabi Hakimi, who wish to bring a change in their society with their music. Yasmin Rashid was another talented singer and painter who spoke about herself. Oh yeah, famous dancer and choreographer Wahab Shah not to be forgotten. Thats all for the month of June..........

The Story of Us....Only a Story Now

The story of us...from where to start..
The story of us started on a rainy day...
The story of us had its best moments...
The story of us says..It was "love at first sight"...
I have tried to forget you..I have tried to let you go...
But story of us says..Its not true....
I miss only one person in this world and the whole world seems empty without him...
The story of us says...you were everything ...for me...you taught me everything....
The story of us says I need you...
I miss the days when i used to hear your voice...
This bond was very strong but ego came in....
I remember each word that you spoke..
I remember each moment spent with you...
But Story of us is just a "Story" now.........

The Month of June...........

Month of June is special for me.......First It has my Parents' wedding anniversary. Second is my birthday in June....33 years ago...two people decided to come together...they were energetic and artistic...they wanted their kids be the same...the guy name was Fayyaz and gal name was Saba..they decided to keep name of their kid that starts with S and ends with F... I don't know if I am successful according to their standards, but my personality is a strong reflection of them..my name even starts with S and ends with F....my name is even a reflection of their names...Happy Wedding Anniversary..to my parents and wish them happy years ahead...:-))))

Sum zerha mein suazi.....che nun pa shebo shebo baran dey....
Khali di osa porey zama lasuna..che hussa porey zerha k mein janan dey...

Kash is barish ke mosam mein wo mujhse milne aye...
Ek bar phir se mere dil pe ek naya zakhm lagane aaye...
Manane roothne ke iss khel mein..
Kash wo ek baar phir se mujhe manane aaye...
Aur bhi to dost hein uske mere siwa...
Kash wo kisi aur se milne ka bahane aaye...

Tere bare mein sochne se pehle..tanhai ka yeh alam socha nahi tha....
Gar samandar bhi mujhey rakhey pyasa...is se to kiya sehra bhala nahi tha....

Sta meene lewaneye karam pohegama zo...
Hum zaan na pradeye karama sa owema zo...

Tum kaho to tumhari har baat maan lein hum...
Gar na manein to koi bahana to ho...

Dost boht milengey tumko har qadam pe...
Qadar uski kerna jiske pas mohabat ka khazana to ho....

Sheema Kermani who spoke on Women issues, RDB who spoke about a fake band, Mudassar Zaman who is happy with his solo performance and lastly Pashto band guys Ismail & Junaid. One post was a review on Coke Studio version of Hamayoon Khan's song. Lastly, Kirran shared some summer care beauty tips with me.....And you guys know about the radio I do.
